Facade Access Investment Holdings is the owner of CoxGomyl and Manntech, the two preeminent companies in the Facade Access industry. The combined business has an unmatched capability and over A$140 million in revenue, 80+ experienced BMU designers, 600 staff and generates over 40% of its profits from service and maintenance work. Facade Access Holdings is an undisputed leader in the market with over 90% of the world’s twelve tallest buildings featuring access systems designed by the group. These projects include the 818 meter tall Burj Khalifa, Ping An in Shenzen, Shanghai Tower, Lotte Towe in Seoul, CTF in Guagzhou, Taipei 101, Shanghai World Finance Centre and The Shard in London.

The group is head quartered in Melbourne, with manufacturing facilities in Spain, Germany and the Netherlands, and enjoys a strong global sales presence through a network of regional offices and agents.

Wolseley Private Equity acquired the foundation business, E.W.Cox, in April 2007. Since the initial investment, Wolseley has driven organisational and operational improvement and strengthened the competitive position of the business by making three strategic acquisitions, Manntech Group, (Germany and the Netherlands), Gomyl SA (Spain) and Cradle Runways (United Kingdom) creating Facade Access Holdings’s position of global leadership.

Facade Access Holdings is led by Tony Combe. Prior to joining Facade Access Holdings, Tony Combe was Executive GM of OneSteel Distribution, Australia’s largest metals distributor, where he managed a $2 Billion portfolio of five business units and 120 branches.
