James Todd 

James is a co-founder of Wolseley. He started his career as an investment banking professional with five years in the Sydney and London offices of Hambros Bank. James then went on to co-found TVSN, an Asian home shopping TV network, where at the time he was the youngest CEO of a listed company in Australia. James then co-founded Moneo Metals, a New Caledonian nickel mining company. James worked at Bain & Company in the 1999 to 2000 period with Mark Richardson. James specialises in financial management and capital structures, business building and executive management.

James is married with two teenage sons. When he is not working, he spends his time playing golf, travelling, watching rugby and attending kids sport.

James holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA), where he is a fellow. He is a member of AICD, YPO and was until recently, a Council Member of AVCAL, where he Chaired the Growth Funds Sub-Committee.
