Wolseley Partners Fund I, L.P.
Fund I closed in September 2005 with $107 million. It is fully invested across five portfolio groups of primary investments which involved its acquisition of or investments in 21 companies.

Wolseley Partners Fund II, L.P.
Fund II closed in June 2008, with $235 million available for investment in mid-market opportunities.
Fund II has made two investments.
